Assistant Manager Position Available

The Waikato Rugby Union is seeking applicants for the position of Assistant Manager to the Waikato team for the 2010 ITM Cup season.
This is a full-time position between the dates of 15 June to 6 November 2010. This position could evolve to becoming the Waikato Team Manager from October 2010 onwards, leading into the 2011 Waikato ITM Cup season.
The position requires a capable person to assist the current Waikato Team Manager in the delivery of core roles which include, but are not limited to;
• Team scheduling
• Training Organisation
• Equipment co-ordination
• Team Apparel
• Travel Organisation
• Day to day team logistics
Successful applicants must have:
• Recent experience managing a High Performance Rugby Team
• Exceptional organisational, planning, and facilitating skills.
• Strong communication skills.
• Comprehensive delivery and presentation skills.
• The ability to work effectively in a team environment.
