NZ Harlequins Under 17s v Thames Valley Under 18's

A good start for the Harlequins with pressure building steadily which Thames Valley could not sustain letting Quins get quick turnover ball and then pass through the backs for Jono Sullivan to score the first of his three tries.The second of Jono’s tries came from a chip kick through from captain Karl Rohrlach only to bounce up in to his arms to score 15 out from the up rights, converted by Jarrod Mongston. A strong scrum from Quins saw lock Meli Lacanivalu break away to score just on half time Quins going to the break 17 nil up.
The second half started with discipline from the Valley letting them down allowing the Harlequins to build strong attacking runs resulting in Jono picking up his third try. The backs started to build confidence with a good strong run by Isaako Peato-Lista through the mid-field then off loading to Hayden Sweeney who scored under the posts and was converted by Russleigh Parai. Thames Valley bounced back with a well constructed try to finish the game at 29 -5 to the Harlequins.
