Under 18s Win Competition

After their big win against Auckland Under-18 last weekend, Waikato

Under-18 have taken out the Northern Region competition in emphatic style, outclassing Counties-Manukau 55-15 in their final match of the season played at St Paul’s Collegiate, yesterday. Opting to use the full width of the field at every opportunity, Waikato played the game at pace, moving the ball from side to side and simply ran their bigger opponents off their feet. The Waikato Under-18’s led 27-0 at halftime and scored a total of eight tries in their comprehensive win.
