This game was played in a good spirit with the visitors dominating all facets of play. This was Waikato U20's first full performance where the mistakes were minimal and the game plan was executed to perfection.
The forwards dominated at set piece time which allowed the backs to play with pace and width. The home side played with vigour and always challenged but were shut out by the visitors, with very little ball to play with they were reduced to defending for large parts of the game.
This was a fine all round team performance with all players contributing to an excellent spectacle for the crowd to enjoy. This week the Waikato U20's are at home to Northland.
The Waikato U20's would like to thank the large group of supporters who are regular spectators to all our games.
