TWOA CERTIFICATE IN SPORTS LEADERSHIP
RUGBY APPLIED

Certificate in Sports Leadership Level 4, rugby applied, presented by Te Wananga o Aotearoa. A full time 40 week course starting 3 March 2014. 
TWOA are looking for students that are interested in furthering themselves in the sport of rugby. Content includes: Playing the game - principles, individual skills, phase play, attack, defence, etc. Personal development - physical prep with gym and nutrition. 
The course will touch on other facets of the game both local and global ie: Coaching skills, rugby administration, sports legislation for both amateur and pro players. There are other attached topics like human anatomy and sports psychology etc. 
There will be a focus on getting out of the class and having specialists come in and talk with the class. 
There are fees applied that will cover things like gym memberships and appropriate apparellel that we have supplied ie: clothing, shoes, gear bag and boots. 
The programme is eligible for Studylink coverage as well as other options at Te wananga o Aotearoa. The programme is for both male and female.
